dont use a regular coffee filter it clogs fast and leaves youwaiting. look in the stores and you will see the permanent coffeefilters that are just a plastic frame and a fine screen built in.there almost always brown. works great.Stephen--- "BJ" wrote:>> I am new to using EZCaps and have just started my first batch of> hard cider.
