Hi everyone,

Can anyone advise the best and easiest way of determining the alcohol content of wine?
Teachers dont want to titrate or use a hydrometer..........

Are you referring to wine that has already been made? In that case you need a vinometer. I've never used one, but here's a video on how they work:
