Im ready to clarify my cider, if I want it carbonated, do I leave ez cap on in fridge? Will it leak carbonation through the valve? Should I replace with regular cap?
It will stay carbonated whether you leave the cap on or swap it out for a regular cap. Wait until the beverage has cooled before swapping the caps or else you'll have a mess.
