I am new to using EZCaps and have just started my first batch ofhard cider. I have about 3-4 days of fermenting left and can't waitto see the end result.I have noticed a sediment on the bottom of the bottle and read inthe instructions to carefully pour the clarfied beverage out toavoid getting any sediment into the final product. Does anyone knowof anything I can use as a fliter to catch any sediment that mightmake its way out when pouring? Also, does anyone have any good recipes I can try? I am looking foranything from wine to beer to ciders. Thanks.ORGINAL POSTER: bj

I didn't believe it at first either, but I've had trouble for years meeting women in clubs, etc. I can never build up the courage to introduce myself. So after a bit of thought I decided to give a dating site ago. I met up with one woman the other night and she was awesome. I have another date for tonight, so wish me luck. By the way, check out some of the beauties they've got on the site I'm using:http://search.idate.to/ORGINAL POSTER: steven

Do the bottles ever burst? |

I'm making my first batch (white grape) and am wondering if anyonehas had a bottle or cap fail in a bad way.I have one bottle that looks like it is coming along nicely, underhigh pressure, and started another one but they are in an area whereif they burst could cause a sticky mess. Is that a concern?I imagine the caps would allow extra pressure out before anythinglike that might happen, but still, this being my first time I'm a bitnervous. They can't "pop" can they? I won't be mopping the walls right?ORGINAL POSTER: spinwit

It's never happened. About 6 months ago the caps were redesignedto be slightly lower pressure to take into account any potential weaknessesthat may develop by re-using PET bottles over and over again. At 09:57 AM 12/29/2004 +0000, you wrote:>I'm making my first batch (white grape) and am wondering if anyone>has had a bottle or cap fail in a bad way.>>I have one bottle that looks like it is coming along nicely, under>high pressure, and started another one but they are in an area where>if they burst could cause a sticky mess. I have been reading the recipes in here for a good hard lemonadewith no good results. Just an idea, what if you made a few cups ofsugar and something for nutrients (yeast nutrients, orange juice, etc) let it fermit as just a simple sugar solution and when itscomplete then add some lemon. Agian its just an idea that i am goingto try and will let everyone know.StephenORGINAL POSTER: stevieb172

Well maybe I am not the most attractive guy around, but nonetheless I managed to hookup with two beauties from an online dating site. Honestly, if you are looking for a woman in your life check out their search page and see if you find anyone that matches what you're looking for. Looking for a SINGLE 2-liter bottle beer recipe |

Does anyone know a beer recipe for a single 2-liter bottle? I want tomake a single bottle of beer, and then later scale up the recipe tomake more bottles. I want a recipe where you just make up a mixture, put it into a 2-liter bottle, and wait. The only equipment I have isa set of easy caps. So, is there a recipe that only uses a stove, and a bottle with an ezcap?ORGINAL POSTER: george
