some questions about keeping the yeast - yahoo - 02-02-2004
I am new to EZ Caps and I have a couple of different drinks in themaking. I was wondering what I need to do to reuse the yeast. Do Itransfer the drink into a new container after it has clarified inthe refrigerator for a day or so and then reuse what is left in thefirst container? I was also wondering if you can just keep a bottlethat has used yeast in it with out anything in it or do you have tokeep it in a constant rotation? Thanks.ORGINAL POSTER: weezing4ever
