Re: [E-Z-Caps] Cloudy wine - yahoo - 06-02-2004 If you want total clarity, like storebought wine, this can beachieved by leaving it in the refrigerator longer (maybe another week?) orby adding a commercial clearant, or a home remedy like egg whites orgelatin. Most people just live with a little cloudiness.
