Re: [E-Z-Caps] Juices that say refrigerate - yahoo - 04-19-2005 No problem at all. The amount of yeast you'll add will overwhelm the few spoilage bacteria or yeast that find their way in. Later the alcohol will hold them in check.Any of the juices we use must must be ""spoilable"". Juice full of preservatives won't ferment. ----- Original Message ----- From: bkov33 To: E-Z-Caps@yahoogroups.com Sent: Monday, April 18, 2005 4:31 PM Subject: [E-Z-Caps] Juices that say refrigerate I have some lemonade that i was going to add sugar to that i wanted to use since i have no frozen concentrates right now. The thing im not sure about though is on the bottle it says, refrigerate. If i use it then its going to be sitting somewhere warm for about a week? Is this going to be a problem? Anyone try it before? thanksORGINAL POSTER: spencer |
