Watering Down Homebrew Beer - alans - 05-15-2012

If i make my beer and it's like 15% alcohol, how would i go about making it 5%?

Would I add water to dilude it?

Or would I do someting else?

Personally, I would just drink it!

But, the only acceptable way to accomplish what you are attempting is to mix it with another beer. It could be another homebrew or beer that is bought in the store. My dad used to make very dark bitter beers and then mix his "concentrate" with budweiser right before drinking. It sounds disgusting, but it actually made the budweiser good.
