I am brand new to EZ Caps system and have a question. How long willwine/cider made with this system keep after opening a 2 liter bottle?Is it better to transfer to smaller bottles and do they have to berefrigerated when storing? Thanks for any help you can provide.ORGINAL POSTER: bjbeach2003
