Root Beer

I found this on the web. It uses 2 liter bottles to make Root Beer. Doen't use an easy cap though and it uses bakers yeast (wonder if the EZ cap yeast would work better though) and wonder if using an EZ cap would be better too.

i actually bought root beer extract at my LHBS today. it also came with a one gallon recipe (2 x 2 liters).
i am making mine with EZ Caps.
i will let you know how it works out.

Yeah, it seems to be taking forever (Impatience is a virtue, as well. LOL.).
The Directions say 4-6 days.
