You might try using white grape juice (the frozenkind) which I've had really good success with, and itturns out very clear and fizzy. And nice flavor too -not "wine-y" or anything. Use the high-pressure caps,and ferment it with a half-cup of sugar or so. Idon't know if you could add extra flavors to it -maybe some lemon extract, or something like that, togive it a little fruity aroma.
