I have heard you can make some great wines with tomatos or cucumbers...but Ionly find large quantity recipes online that do not use the E-Z cap method theyare more keyed toward traditional winemakers. I love tomatos and grow them yearround so it would be nice to have a good recipe.CliffORGINAL POSTER: camerabrain
