Making mead....or Cyser

Hey everyone! Brand new to e-z caps and brewing in general. I have three2-liters going right now: A hard cider, a white grape, and amead/cyser....Here's what I did for the cyser...1/2 water1/4 apple juice12 ounces of honey1/4 cup sugara pinch of yeastThe main question I have is...do I use the e-z cap when making mead, or do Ileave it uncovered?ORGINAL POSTER: felonoftroy
