I dont think that it was the temperature, because i had a secondbottle right next to it that was fine(white grape, sugar, yeast). Ihave it about 1 foot away from our gas heater, which does go on andoff, but i dont see how it could have been above 80.. Is it possibleto have too much sugar? I think that could be it because i just re-read the directions for the beer, and it said 1/10 can of malt,water, and yeast. Well I put in malt, water, sugar, and yeast. So Iguess i shouldnt have put any sugar in at all.
