Honey Mead. This is actually called: Cyser: Mead with apples juice added. Sounds good!

Hello from the Midlands in England.
New to this forum and just recieved our kit.... many thanks... Got started today.... BUT how the hell do you measure 0.06ml OR 1/16 of a teaspoon of the yeast.... please help.... Tony
