Learning from Mistakes

I just took my latest batch of apple cider from the 'fridge and wasquite disappointed. I made this batch with the juice made the regularway, but i only added about 3 tablespoons of sugar instead of theregular 1 cup. I let it go 2 weeks, trying to get a dry, dry wine whendone. I figured just a little sugar and a lot of time should brew to adry wine. Unfortunately the flavor can only be described as weak andwatery. i guess I should stick to adding AT LEAST a 1/2 cup of sugarbefore I start the batchwillumORGINAL POSTER: willum
