You can use another. Do NOT use bread yeast! Yeast are very smallorganizims that eat sugar and spit out carbon dioxide and alcohol.Wine yeast tend to spit out more alcohol and less CO2, and breadyeast the opposite.You can get wine yeast at just about any brew shop for about $1-2 apack, a little less volume than what came with the kit. The kityeast leans kind of toward a strong wine/weak nuetral champaignyeast, so that might be a good jumping off point.
