I EZ capped raspberry wine made from fresh raspberries thatI picked as follows: I put all the raspberries through ajuicer. Then I strained the resulting juice (tends to be pulpy)through pantyhose. Then I brought the mixture to boil and let itsimmer for 20 minutes. Then I let it cool to room temperature, addeda cup of sugar, and EZ capped it. I let it ferment for two weeksthen put it in the fridge for a week. It was totally awesome.
