Can you ferment tomato juice and make a bloody Mary  in a bottle?

Well... no, a bloody mary is vodka added to seasoned tomato juice, but you can make tomato wine. I've never done it myself but looking online I found several recipes that could be easily converted to use with EZ Caps.

Tomato Juice should work fine. Try making a higher end proof wine. Then adding High proof vodka or rum to it before you make cocktails with it.
