Putting EZ Capped drinks in the refrigerator doesn't always completelystop fermentation (it depends on the temperature of the refrigerator) buteven if it doesn't completely stop it, it slows it down so far as to beinsignificant. But if you left a drink in there a really long time (monthsor years) you would notice the flavor becoming dryer- unless of coursefermentation ended or ends for other reasons (no more sugar, ph levels, etc).ORGINAL POSTER: steve
