I'm making my first batch (white grape) and am wondering if anyonehas had a bottle or cap fail in a bad way.I have one bottle that looks like it is coming along nicely, underhigh pressure, and started another one but they are in an area whereif they burst could cause a sticky mess. Is that a concern?I imagine the caps would allow extra pressure out before anythinglike that might happen, but still, this being my first time I'm a bitnervous.They can't "pop" can they?
