I was just curious if anyone else starts their yeast before pitchingit into their juice. I start mine off in some tepid water with asugar soultion for about an hour before I pitch it. It's a method ipicked up through homebrewing beer. Is it a good thing for thistype of drinkmaking or should I just throw in the yeast and let itgo. My thinking is starting it first will decrease brewing time atleast by a few hours.ORGINAL POSTER: therockinc
