One of my tastiest EZ caps recipies is slow by easy caps standards, butstill WAY fast by traditional winemaking standards.Make a "regular" batch of either "Nature's Nectar" or "Welch's" WhiteGrape Rasberry juice (about 1 1/2 liters), 1/2 cup cane sugar, and yourez caps yeast, let it brew 14 days at 70-75 degrees F and be sure toshake it up good every day. Refridgerate it to knock the yeast back,then sulfite to kill the last of the beaties off. mix in another 3/4cup sugar and drink up.It's yummy-yummy!ORGINAL POSTER: willum
