I have used one to make 5 gl of white wine for my cousin wedding, it worked great and I used 1 table spoon of the yeast and 10 cans of frozen white grape juice and spring water to make 5 gl, used a water airlock for 7 days and got 13%. needless to say a good time was had by all......
