Dried malt extract (DME) also makes great EZ Capped beer, but the hopped variety is nearly impossible to find (and not hopped enough), so the hops must be added as an additional step.

I'm in Spain, and I know of no shops here that specialise in brewing ingredients, so I'll probably have to have things shipped in from the UK, which makes dry ingredients sound like the way to go.

Do you happen to know of any easy, step-by-step recipes for the EZ-cap method that you could link me to?
