one of my current batch is Ginger Ale
It is the first time I make it and the result is terrific
It was fermenting around 24 hours, it was a reused yeast so the fermentation started very fast. After these 24h the alcohol is 1.5% and still very sweet, it is a softdrink.
I expect to start a second batch of ginger ale today and leave it fermenting more days, we will see what happens
