right now i have some white grape juice and some apple juice fermenting! iadded around half a cup of sugar to both. i'm excited to see how they turn out!i have a quick question though, can you ferment apple cider? if so, does ittaste okay? it normally needs to be refridgerated which is why i was wondering.any other tips for a newbie?ORGINAL POSTER: chase
