Non Carbonated Wine

Hello to all,I am making two different bottles of wine using the welch's whitegrape juice concentrate and the regular (purple) grape juice.The white juice I am making with the ez cap on it to make itcarbonated but the purple one I just put the plastic wrap on top andpoked a hole in it as per the instructions.Everything is going well but here is the problem, the dark grapejuice with just the platic wrap on top has some carbonation to it.Why does it have this? and will it go away before bottling? Also, isit normal for it to be carbonated for a while then lose it after itdone fermenting?Thanks to all for your help.ORGINAL POSTER: xray4545
