Bottling after fermenting

The quick and easy way to do it is to add 1 tsp of sugar directly to each bottle, however it is not the best way because the sugar is not sterilized. However with the recipe you used I would suspect that the alcohol level is high enough that this should not be a concern.

I'm curious though, isn't the beverage already carbonated? If you pour it into the 12 ounce containers it should maintain the carbonation. I would pour it in when the cider is very cold. The colder the better without freezing, although with the alcohol this very well could be in the low 20's (fahrenhite). Colder liquids absorb more co2 than warmer ones.
