Sorry to hear you're no longer offering these kits. I've been making great cider with your caps and want to move on to making some stouts and ales.

What would I need to purchase to do this?

The easiest way is to just go to your local homebrew store (or online) and purchase a can of hopped liquid malt syrup (it comes with the right yeast specific to the type of beer you are making).
