Krystle, If you like peach, try using some apple peach juice as a base and adding about 1cup of sugar, more if you like really sweet wine, then about 1 tsp. of yeast. cap it and let it go for about 4-5 days, fridge it for 2-3 days and WALLA!! Apple peach wine that is great!! Hope you like it.
