I'm getting ready to give another class in simple wine making this December, using the standard 2 liter bottle and EZ caps.
What are some of your favorite wine recipes I can pass along to new wine makers?

My favorite is still the classic cran-apple cooler. Do you ever teach beer making too?

I've only made a couple beers with it so far. I have trouble timing the bottling/secondary fermentation.
Is that cran-apple recipe posted on here?

Do you use 100% pomegranate?
Cost too much - I use the "thinner" style that also claims to be 100% juice

Our standard juice is a white grape - peach blend with 1 c. sugar. Easy to find and delicious.
Our new favorite is the Ocean Spray brand Blueberry cocktail. We haven't done a lot with anything that isn't 100% fruit juice yet, but that one just tasted amazing!!
We didn't have good luck with the Pear juice, cider or the mead recipes. We may just be simple people who need to stick with simple "juice, sugar, yeast" blends. If they all taste as good as the two above, I'll be perfectly happy!
