Hello,I was wondering if a clarifier like bentonite or any others willhurt or destroy the carbination in the wine?I used speedy bentonite with my latest batch (not carbonated) andit was cleared and ready to go in about 8 hours. Great stuff.Thanks to allORGINAL POSTER: xray4545
