LOL. 1st thing that came to mind.

"Chill Pils"
"Bottle of Pils"
"Thrills and Chills Pils"

If you served it like an (ugh) Corona, would it be Lemon (or Lime) Pils?

Q: I interested in beer kit but worried its too hard to make.

A: Actually, making beer with the beer kit is easier than making anything else because all the ingredients are included so we can control every aspect of the experience. Unlike wines, mead, and cider, when beer is "done" it's done. It will not over-ferment to dryness.

Got my kits last week and both of them brewing, I cant wait to try this. This is a very easy way to make beer compared to the 5 gallon 48 bottling all day project I currently go through. My 2 will be ready at the end of this week and I will post the outcome.

i started batch- A 6-7 days ago. it stopped fermenting after only 56 hrs. it may still been going REALLY slow but basically it looks to have finished fast, i hope! the 3/4" of sediment is a good sign. will begin batch- B tuesday.

They usually stop fermenting after 3-5 days. The "long" instructions are the idiot-proof ones to account for every environment.
