Letting the air out

Hi all,I have had my e-z caps for almost a week now, and have 8 liters ofdifferent wines brewing. I just had 1 question.All other wine making steps I've read (not e-z cap) say to continuallylet the air out of the balloon or whatever it is you are using. ShouldI be doing this with the e-z cap? How often?Also it said to not let all of the air out, but I have been testingall of my wines at day 3, so obviously I have to let all of the airout to get some of the drink out.
